Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour les mouvements de boxe. Trop rigide, il tire sur ces derni\u00e8res, pouvant entrainer douleurs, hyperlordose lombaire ou autres complications. Il est donc essentiel d&#8217;entretenir ses qualit\u00e9s \u00e9lastiques. Un renforcement de la sangle abdominale peut parfois s&#8217;av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaire afin de r\u00e9tablir un \u00e9quilibre ce muscle.<br \/>Il est extr\u00eamement sollicit\u00e9 sur des mouvements de sprint (mont\u00e9es de genoux) et de cyclisme. Avis aux amateurs&#8230;<br \/><strong>D&#8217;autre part, la position assise fr\u00e9quemment adopt\u00e9e au cours de la journ\u00e9e conserve ce muscle \u00e0 raccourcie. Le plus connu \u00e9tant certainement le kick arri\u00e8re, inspir\u00e9 de la technique &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=q5R7ZIypUd8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ushiro Geri<\/a>&#8221; en karat\u00e9, ou encore la technique du &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0C217zr47Zc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yoko Geri<\/a>&#8220;, coup de pied de c\u00f4t\u00e9.
